The School District of Newberry County is considering a transition from a hybrid schedule to a 4-day in-person instructional schedule. The transition will occur in multiple phases, beginning with students in elementary grades and students with special learning needs. Hey, Wildcats! My name is Danielle Glymph, and I am so excited to join the second grade team at LME! I am originally from West Virginia but have called Newberry County home for the past 24 years. I am a graduate of Mid-Carolina High School. I earned my Bachelors in Elementary Education from Newberry College and my Masters in Education from Columbia College. I have spent the last 8 years teaching at Newberry Middle School. I am very excited to start my ninth year teaching on "the mountain". When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family. My husband, Ashley, and I live in Prosperity with our son Gabe. We enjoy going to the lake, hanging out by the pool, playing with our 2 spoiled dogs Nala and Jasper, and most importantly just spending time making memories together. I am looking forward to a great year at LME and cannot wait to get to know my amazing 2nd grade Wildcats! I look forward to making lasting memories as we learn, grow and become lifelong leaders.
